Art. 13b

Any­one who wishes to place biocid­al products con­sist­ing of or con­tain­ing patho­gen­ic mi­croor­gan­isms on the mar­ket must com­ply with the ob­lig­a­tion to guar­an­tee li­ab­il­ity in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 14 of the RO100.
