Art. 10 Amendment of the active substance lists 73

The FOPH, in con­sulta­tion with the FOEN and SECO, shall amend:74

a.
An­nexes 1–3;
b.
the ref­er­ence in Art­icle 7 para­graph 1 let­ter b to the list of no­ti­fied act­ive sub­stances.
