on the Placing on the Market and Handling of Biocidal Products
(Ordinance on Biocidal Products, OBP)

¹ In con­nec­tion with an ap­plic­a­tion for au­thor­isa­tion, the ap­plic­ant may sub­mit a re­quest to the No­ti­fic­a­tion Au­thor­ity for max­im­um levels, max­im­um con­cen­tra­tions or spe­cif­ic mi­gra­tion lim­its to be set for act­ive sub­stances for which none are spe­cified in the le­gis­la­tion re­ferred to in Art­icle 11 para­graph 1 let­ter e.

² The No­ti­fic­a­tion Au­thor­ity shall for­ward the re­quest re­ferred to in para­graph 1:

a.

for Art­icle 11 para­graph 1 let­ter e num­ber 1: to the Fed­er­al Food Safety and Veter­in­ary Of­fice (FS­VO);

b.

for Art­icle 11 para­graph 1 let­ter e num­ber 2: to the Fed­er­al Of­fice for Ag­ri­cul­ture (FO­AG).
