Art. 16 Communication

The con­tract­ing au­thor­ity shall provide the State Sec­ret­ari­at FD­FA and the head of se­cur­ity of its de­part­ment with a copy of the con­tract con­cluded with the com­pany and in­form the head of se­cur­ity of any prob­lem re­lated to the per­form­ance of the con­tract.
