Art. 49 Reopening the investigation

If im­port­ant new mat­ters come to light with­in ten years of ap­prov­al of the fi­nal re­port, the In­vest­ig­a­tion Bur­eau shall re­open the in­vest­ig­a­tion on its own ini­ti­at­ive or on re­quest.
