¹ Any per­son who wishes to con­struct a land­fill or a com­part­ment re­quires a con­struc­tion per­mit from the can­ton­al au­thor­ity.

² Any per­son who wishes to op­er­ate a land­fill or a com­part­ment re­quires an op­er­at­ing li­cence from the can­ton­al au­thor­ity.
