Art. 74

c. Sub­si­di­ar­ity

 

An ap­peal to the Fed­er­al Coun­cil is in­ad­miss­ible against rul­ings that may be con­tested by ap­peal to an­oth­er fed­er­al au­thor­ity or by ob­jec­tion.
