Art. 18 Environmentally hazardous substances

The use of en­vir­on­ment­ally haz­ard­ous sub­stances in the forest is pro­hib­ited. Ex­emp­tions from this pro­vi­sion are reg­u­lated by the en­vir­on­ment­al pro­tec­tion le­gis­la­tion.
