Art. 44 Misdemeanours and contraventions in businesses

If the of­fence or con­tra­ven­tion is com­mit­ted in the course of busi­ness of a leg­al en­tity, a part­ner­ship or a sole pro­pri­et­or­ship or in the course of busi­ness of a pub­lic law cor­por­a­tion or in­sti­tu­tion, Art­icles 6 and 7 of the Fed­er­al Act of 22 March 197466 on Ad­min­is­trat­ive Crim­in­al Law ap­ply.
