Federal Act on Forest
(Forest Act, ForA)

The fol­low­ing are re­pealed:

a.

the Fed­er­al Act of 11 Oc­to­ber 1902⁸⁷ on the Su­per­vi­sion of the Forest Po­lice by the Con­fed­er­a­tion;

b.

the Fed­er­al Act of 21 March 1969⁸⁸ on In­vest­ment Cred­its for the Forestry Sec­tor in the Moun­tain Re­gion;

c.

the Fed­er­al De­cree of 21 Decem­ber 1956⁸⁹ on the Con­tri­bu­tion of the Con­fed­er­a­tion to the Re­hab­il­it­a­tion of Forests In­fes­ted with Chest­nut Blight;

d.

the Fed­er­al De­cree of 23 June 1988⁹⁰ on Ex­traordin­ary Meas­ures for the Con­ser­va­tion of the Forest.
