Art. 9b Validity of the weapon acquisition permit 32

1 The weapon ac­quis­i­tion per­mit is val­id throughout Switzer­land and au­thor­ises the hold­er to ac­quire a single weapon or a single es­sen­tial weapon com­pon­ent.

2 The Fed­er­al Coun­cil al­lows for ex­cep­tions re­gard­ing the re­place­ment of es­sen­tial weapon com­pon­ents for a leg­ally au­thor­ised weapon, the ac­quis­i­tion of sev­er­al weapons or es­sen­tial weapon com­pon­ents by the same per­son, or ac­quis­i­tion through in­her­it­ance.

3 The weapon ac­quis­i­tion per­mit is val­id for six months. The com­pet­ent au­thor­it­ies may ex­tend its valid­ity by a max­im­um of three months.

Regeste: Art. 4 Abs. 1 lit. a, 8 Abs. 1, 10 Abs. 1 und 33 Abs. 1 lit. a Waffengesetz; Erwerb von Trainingswaffen mit Farbmarkier-Projektilen (FX-Markierer) ohne Waffenerwerbsschein. Der Begriff des Erwerbs umfasst jede Form der rechtlichen oder tatsächlichen Übertragung von Waffen, unabhängig davon, ob diese nur zu einem vorübergehenden Zweck erfolgt. Die Leihe von Waffen und anschliessende Weitergabe derselben an einen Dritten zu dessen Gebrauch erfüllt den Tatbestand des Erwerbs (E. 3). FX-Markierer sind Feuerwaffen im Sinne von Art. 4 Abs. 1 lit. a WG (E. 4).
