Art. 28a Improper carrying of dangerous objects 98

It is pro­hib­ited to carry dan­ger­ous ob­jects in pub­licly ac­cess­ible places and to trans­port such ob­jects in vehicles if:

a.
it is not plaus­ible that car­ry­ing or trans­port­ing the ob­jects for their in­ten­ded use or main­ten­ance is jus­ti­fied; and
b.
the im­pres­sion arises that the ob­jects are go­ing to be used im­prop­erly, in par­tic­u­lar to in­tim­id­ate, threaten or in­jure people.
