Art. 28e Special requirements and obligations for collectors and museums 104

1 Ex­emp­tion per­mits may only be is­sued to col­lect­ors if the per­sons or in­sti­tu­tions con­cerned prove that they have taken suit­able pre­cau­tions in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 26 to store the col­lec­tion safely.

2 Col­lect­ors and mu­seums must:

a.
keep a list of all fire­arms in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 5 para­graph 1 that are in their pos­ses­sion; the list must be kept up-to-date;
b.
be able to present the list and the re­lated ex­emp­tion per­mits to the au­thor­it­ies on re­quest.
