Art. 30a Notification of the refusal or withdrawal of permits 108

1 An au­thor­ity that re­fuses to is­sue a per­mit shall no­ti­fy the Cent­ral Of­fice of its re­fus­al and state the reas­ons.

2 An au­thor­ity that with­draws a per­mit shall no­ti­fy the au­thor­ity that is­sued it and the Cent­ral Of­fice of its with­draw­al.
