Art. 31a Taking receipt of weapons by the cantons 120

The can­tons are ob­liged to take re­ceipt of weapons, es­sen­tial and spe­cially de­signed weapon com­pon­ents, weapon ac­cessor­ies, am­muni­tion and am­muni­tion com­pon­ents free of charge. They may charge hold­ers of a weapons trad­ing per­mit a fee for tak­ing re­ceipt of these ob­jects.
