Art. 32d Disclosing personal data to a Schengen state 143

Dis­clos­ing per­son­al data to the com­pet­ent au­thor­it­ies of Schen­gen states is equi­val­ent to dis­clos­ing per­son­al data between fed­er­al bod­ies.
