II. Parental line 1Where the deceased is not survived by any issue, the estate passes to the parental line. 2The father and mother each inherit one-half of the estate. 3A predeceased parent is replaced by his or her issue in all degrees per stirpes. 4Where there are no issue on one side, the entire estate passes to the heirs on the other. |
