b. Arrangements for living apart 1If the suspension of the joint household is justified, at the request of one spouse the court will:
2A spouse may also make such request if living together is impossible, in particular because the other spouse refuses to do so without good cause. 3If the spouses have minor children, the court must take the necessary steps in accordance with the provisions governing the legal effects of the parent-child relationship.2 1 Amended by No I of the FA of 20 March 2015 (Child Maintenance), in force since 1 Jan. 2017 (AS 2015 4299; BBl 2014 529). |
