Art. 412

F. Spe­cial trans­ac­tions

 

1The deputy may not provide any fin­an­cial guar­an­tees, es­tab­lish any found­a­tions or make gifts on be­half of the cli­ent, with the ex­cep­tion of cus­tom­ary oc­ca­sion­al gifts.

2As­sets that are of spe­cial value to the cli­ent or his or her fam­ily shall not be dis­posed of if pos­sible.
