3. Res­ol­u­tions

a. Form

 

1Res­ol­u­tions are passed by the gen­er­al meet­ing.

2The writ­ten con­sent of all mem­bers to a pro­pos­al is equi­val­ent to a res­ol­u­tion of the gen­er­al meet­ing.
