Cbis. Li­ab­il­ity

 

The as­so­ci­ation is li­able for its ob­lig­a­tions with its as­sets. Such li­ab­il­ity is lim­ited to the as­sets un­less the art­icles of as­so­ci­ation provide oth­er­wise.
