2. By op­er­a­tion of law

 

The as­so­ci­ation is dis­solved by op­er­a­tion of law if it is in­solv­ent or if the com­mit­tee may no longer be ap­poin­ted in ac­cord­ance with the art­icles of as­so­ci­ation.
