Art. 83c

2. Su­per­vis­ory au­thor­ity

 

The ex­tern­al aud­it­ors must provide the su­per­vis­ory au­thor­ity with a copy of the audit re­port and all im­port­ant com­mu­nic­a­tions with the found­a­tion.
