4. Di­vi­sion

 

1Di­vi­sion of the col­lect­ively owned prop­erty or set­tle­ment of a with­draw­ing co-own­er’s share is based on the con­di­tion of the prop­erty when the grounds for dis­sol­u­tion arose.

2Its im­ple­ment­a­tion may not be re­ques­ted at an in­op­por­tune time.
