4. Ground dis­place­ment

a. In gen­er­al1

 

1Ground dis­place­ment from one par­cel of land to an­oth­er does not al­ter the bound­ar­ies of the par­cels.

2Earth and oth­er ob­jects mov­ing from one par­cel to the oth­er in the pro­cess are sub­ject to the pro­vi­sions gov­ern­ing driftage or the join­ing and mix­ing of chat­tels.
