Exercise 1Where a purchase agreement is concluded, the vendor must notify persons with a right of pre-emption of the terms thereof. 2If a person wishes to exercise his or her right of pre-emption, he or she must assert it within three months of learning of the conclusion and terms of the purchase agreement.
