b. Natural fruits 1Natural fruits belong to the usufructuary if they have ripened during the period of the usufruct. 2The person who has cultivated the land is entitled to claim equitable compensation for his or her costs from the person who receives the ripe fruits, whereby this compensation should not exceed their value. 3Constituent parts of the usufruct other than fruits or produce belong to the owner. |
