Art. 779g

2. Ex­er­cising the right of re­ver­sion

 

1The right of re­ver­sion may be ex­er­cised only provided ad­equate com­pens­a­tion is paid for the re­vert­ing build­ings, the amount pay­able be­ing sus­cept­ible to re­duc­tion if the hold­er of the build­ing right is at fault.

2The build­ing right will not be trans­ferred to the own­er un­til the com­pens­a­tion has been paid or se­cured.
