C. Scope

I. Cred­it­or’s rights

 

1The real bur­den cred­it­or has no per­son­al claim against the debt­or, but only the right to sat­is­fac­tion from the ser­vi­ent prop­erty.

2However, three years after it if due, each in­di­vidu­al ob­lig­a­tion be­comes a per­son­al ob­lig­a­tion for which the prop­erty is no longer li­able.
