Iter. Ef­fects the mar­riage in gen­er­al

1. Prin­ciple

 

For the ef­fects of the mar­riage in gen­er­al, the new law ap­plies as soon as the Fed­er­al Act of 5 Oc­to­ber 1984 has come in­to force.
