¹Where the leg­al re­la­tion­ship changes to the ad­vant­age of the debt­or, in par­tic­u­lar through the re­pay­ment of the debt, the debt­or may re­quest the cred­it­or to agree to an amend­ment be­ing re­cor­ded in the land re­gister.

²In the case of a mort­gage cer­ti­fic­ate on pa­per, the land re­gister shall note the amend­ment on the doc­u­ment of title.

³In the ab­sence of such an entry or the note on the doc­u­ment of title, the ef­fect of the change in the leg­al re­la­tion­ship has no ef­fect on an ac­quirer of the mort­gage cer­ti­fic­ate act­ing in good faith.
