III. In­clu­sion ex of­fi­cio

 

1 Claims and debts evid­ent from the pub­lic re­gisters or from the pa­pers of the de­ceased are in­cluded ex of­fi­cio.

2 The debt­ors and cred­it­ors must be no­ti­fied of any such in­clu­sion.
