b. Can­ton­al reg­u­la­tions

 

1 The can­tons may set min­im­um sep­ar­a­tion dis­tances to be ob­served in ex­cav­a­tion and con­struc­tion works.

2 They have the right to is­sue fur­ther build­ing reg­u­la­tions.
