5. Right of pre-emption of farms and farm­land

 

Rights of pre-emption of ag­ri­cul­tur­al en­ter­prises and ag­ri­cul­tur­al land are also gov­erned by the Fed­er­al Act of 4 Oc­to­ber 1991559 on Rur­al land Rights.
