II. Book­keep­ing

 

1 The su­preme gov­ern­ing body of the found­a­tion shall main­tain its busi­ness ledgers. The pro­vi­sions of the Code of Ob­lig­a­tions97 on com­mer­cial book­keep­ing and ac­count­ing ap­ply mu­tatis mutandis.
