f. Safe­keep­ing of wills

 

The can­tons must en­sure that pub­lic of­fi­cials en­trus­ted with wills either keep the ori­gin­al or a copy of such deeds them­selves or else for­ward them to an au­thor­ity for safe­keep­ing.
