c. Re­draw­ing of bound­ar­ies

 

1 If a land bound­ary is rendered im­prac­tic­al by ground dis­place­ment, any af­fected landown­er may re­quest that it be re­drawn.

2 Any loss or gain in value shall be bal­anced out.
