V. Change in circumstances 1 If circumstances change, the child protection measures in place must be adapted to suit the new situation. 2 On no account may parental responsibility be restored within less than one year of its withdrawal. 413Amended by No I 1 of the FA of 25 June 1976, in force since 1 Jan. 1978 (AS 1977 237; BBl 1974 II 1). |
