Art. 395
II. Asset management 1 If the adult protection authority establishes a representative deputyship to manage assets, it shall specify the assets to be managed by the deputy. It may make all or part of the income, all or part of the capital or all or part of the income and capital subject to the deputy's management. 2 The management powers also cover savings from the managed income or the revenue from the managed capital unless the adult protection authority provides otherwise. 3 Without limiting the capacity of the client to act, the adult protection authority may prohibit him or her from accessing individual assets. 4 If the adult protection authority prohibits the client from disposing of heritable property, it must arrange for a note to be made in the land register. |
