The dis­sol­u­tion of joint own­er­ship of ag­ri­cul­tur­al en­ter­prises and ag­ri­cul­tur­al land is gov­erned by the Fed­er­al Act of 4 Oc­to­ber 1991552 on Rur­al Land Rights.
