As defined by land register entry 1 The land register entry for an easement defines the scope of the easement, provided it clearly indicates the attendant rights and duties. 2 Within the limits of such entry, the scope of the easement may be inferred from the reason for its creation or from the fact that it has been exercised unchallenged and in good faith for some length of time. |
