4b. Na­tion­al im­mov­able prop­erty search

 

The Fed­er­al Coun­cil shall reg­u­late the na­tion­al search by the com­pet­ent au­thor­it­ies for im­mov­able prop­er­ties in which a per­son iden­ti­fied by their OASI num­ber holds rights.
