D. Oc­cu­pa­tion­al pen­sions

I. Prin­ciple

 

In the event of di­vorce, any oc­cu­pa­tion­al pen­sion as­sets ac­crued dur­ing the mar­riage up to the point at which di­vorce pro­ceed­ings com­mence are di­vided equit­ably.
