¹ The child man­ages and en­joys the be­ne­fits of all fruits of his or her own la­bour and of those of his or her as­sets that are re­leased by his or her par­ents for use in the child's pro­fes­sion­al or busi­ness activ­it­ies.

² If the child lives with its par­ents in the fam­ily home, they may re­quire the child to make an ap­pro­pri­ate con­tri­bu­tion to his or her main­ten­ance.
