A. Examination of accounts and report 1 The adult protection authority shall examine the accounts and grant or refuse approval thereof; if necessary, they shall require the accounts to be corrected. 2 It shall examine the report and, if necessary, require it to be amended. 3 If necessary, it shall take measures to safeguard the interests of the client appropriately. |
