¹ The ap­peal must be filed with­in thirty days of no­ti­fic­a­tion of the de­cision. This dead­line also ap­plies to per­sons en­titled to ap­peal who are not re­quired to be no­ti­fied of the de­cision.

² In the case of a de­cision con­cern­ing care-re­lated ac­com­mod­a­tion, the ap­peal must be filed with­in ten days of no­ti­fic­a­tion of the de­cision.

³ An ap­peal on the grounds of deni­al of justice or un­jus­ti­fied delay may be filed at any time.
