Art. 86c129

V. Form of the amend­ments

 

Amend­ments to the found­a­tion charter in ac­cord­ance with Art­icles 85–86b shall be sub­ject to a rul­ing from the com­pet­ent fed­er­al or can­ton­al au­thor­ity from the su­per­vis­ory au­thor­ity. A pub­lic deed is not re­quired for the amend­ments.
