IV. Ad­min­is­trat­ive su­per­vi­sion

 

1 The man­age­ment of the land re­gister of­fices is sub­ject to the ad­min­is­trat­ive su­per­vi­sion of the can­tons.

2 The Con­fed­er­a­tion ex­er­cises the su­per­vis­ory con­trol.
