Art. 252 Application

1An ap­plic­a­tion must be made to ini­ti­ate pro­ceed­ings.

2The ap­plic­a­tion must be filed in ac­cord­ance with Art­icle 130; in simple or ur­gent cases, it may be filed or­ally on re­cord.
