Art. 286 Submission in the case of partial agreement

1In their sub­mis­sion, the spouses must ap­ply for the court to rule on the ef­fects of di­vorce on which they have not reached an agree­ment.

2Each spouse may sub­mit his or her jus­ti­fied ap­plic­a­tion on the ef­fects of the di­vorce that are not part of the agree­ment.

3Oth­er­wise Art­icle 285 ap­plies by ana­logy.
